dx: sudden cardiac arrest?
rx: attempt to defibrillate him back to sinus rhyme, rather than simple compression/CPR?
1.)Familial hypertrophic cardiomyopath causing ventricular arrhythmia(vtach/vfib).
2.)Defibrillate.
